Sausage, Cheese & Potato Breakfast Wraps

I’m kind of a sucker for easy, semi-homemade meals. Being a busy mom of three, I don’t always have time to create an elaborate breakfast at 6:30 in the morning. Heck, at that time I’m barely even keeping my eyes open. That’s why these Sausage, Cheese & Potato Breakfast Wraps are kind of popular around here.

But since I know that I have to get the kids fed and out the door by 7:20am, I need to be able to prepare them a breakfast that’s easy on me, that they enjoy eating, and that isn’t filled with just sugars.

I’ve used Simply Potatoes in other recipes (like this one: Egg, Potato & Bacon Breakfast Muffins) I’ve shared because I think they are so easy to use and all the work is already done for me!

These look and sound good. I want to make these. But question is what is the shortening for? What do I do with it exactly? It doesn’t say anything in the recipe about it.

  44. Crystal says:

I fixed it. It was supposed to say vegetable oil.

  45. Jessica bartram says:

Also I can’t find those simply potatoes. So I had to get just regular diced frozen potatoes.

  46. Crystal says:

    Those should work!
