Cascade Friendsgiving Party
This is a partnered post. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
My husband knows the way to my heart is a clean house. Forget jewelry, fancy cars, or extravagant dinners. Give me a clean kitchen and you’ve pretty much guaranteed momma is in a good mood. And you know how the saying goes, “if mommy is happy, everyone is happy”
It’s important that mommy is happy, y’all.
Cascade Friendsgiving Party
As a member of the Cascade Kitchen Council, I was tasked with the assignment of hosting a Cascade Friendsgiving party at my house. Instead of asking my guests to bring a dish, I made three different dishes: Easy Ravioli Bake, Easy Taco Pie, and Easy Cheeseburger Pie.
As we were eating, I told all my guests about Cascade’s cleaning power and what makes Cascade work. Like many consumers, all of my guest had been rinsing and even pre-washing their dishes before putting them into the dishwasher and were surprised to hear that I don’t.
Not only is doing that a complete waste of time, it’s a waste of resources and it prevents the dishwasher from working at its full potential.
True story, y’all.
After everyone was done eating, we cleaned up and placed all the dirty dishes directly into the dishwasher without pre-washing and without rinsing. Basically all I did was take out any leftovers and then placed the dishes in the dishwasher. Some of the older ladies couldn’t believe that I was putting dishes into the dishwasher without at least rinsing them off first.
I put a Cascade Platinum ActionPac into the machine and set the dishwasher to the pots & pans setting and pressed start.
As we waited on the dishwasher to finish we played games like Fish Bowl and Heads Up. It was a great way to pass the time and everyone had such a great time.
After the dishwasher finished its cleaning cycle, I opened the dishwasher to perfectly clean pans and utensils. Those that had doubts at the beginning were impressed that the dishwasher and dish detergent had worked together and done the job they were supposed to do.
It’s important to note that there are several factors that determine how clean your dishes are at the end of the wash cycle. The short answer is the detergent, the dishwasher, and you! You need a quality detergent, a dishwasher, and you need to know how to load the dishwasher properly. When all three of these factors work together, you get the best outcome possible.
At the end of the day, my Cascade Friendsgiving Party was a success. We ate, we laughed, and we enjoyed time together.
I know for many of us, leaving reviews seems like a big waste of time. But how many times have you read a review before purchasing something? If you have used Cascade Platinum, leave a review to let others know your experience using the product.
